To return a defective product, you need a Return Authorization Number (RAN). To obtain one, please email us at info@corpaflora.com, mentioning the subject (RAN) and the reason for the return. We will then send you your return authorization number. We will either send you a new product at no cost or issue a credit to your account. Please note that there is a lot number under the bottles; make sure to mention it in your email.
