What to do if you receive a damaged package
1. User agreement
The CORPA FLORA web site is freely accessible to all. When accessing the CORPA FLORA website you become a user and must respect all the terms and conditions mentioned on this page. Please note that CORPA FLORA Inc may modify the terms and conditions at any time without notice.
The indicated prices are in Canadian dollars (CDN)
3. Sales tax
All orders shipped within Canada will be subjected to applicable Federal and Provincial sale taxes.
4. Order status
Once your order has been placed, an order number will be assigned to you by email. Please use this order number when contacting us for any questions regarding the status of your order.
5. International orders
The shipping costs may vary depending on the weight of the package as well as its destination. Furthermore, duty taxes may be applicable in certain countries. If you have any questions regarding international orders, please contact us by email at email@example.com.
Payment must be received before the order can be shipped. Payments can be made by VISA MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS via Paypal, which is currently the safest method of payment for on-line purchases. When placing an order, you will be redirected to the secure Paypal site where you will be able to pay using your credit card if you wish. Once payment has been made, you will be redirected to the CORPA FLORA site. WE also accept personal checks, certified checks and money orders for all purchases made by mail only (not though our on-line boutique). Orders paid by personal checks will only be sent once the check has been cleared by our bank which could delay the order by 5 to 7 days.
7. Shipping cost
All orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post accelerated service (3 days or less).
A flat rate ( starting April 1st, 2022) of $9.99 ( Quebec, Ontario and Maritimes) will be charged for all orders under $70 (before taxes) and FREE SHIPPING will be applicable on all orders of 70$ and more.
For all orders ( starting April 1st, 2022) to British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and other provinces a flat rate of 12.99$ will be charged for all orders under 120$ (before taxes) and FREE SHIPPING will be applicable on all orders of 120$ and more.

Your order will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours after receiving your payment. If we are unable to process you order within timeframe, you will be notified by email. Shipment usually takes between 2 to 5 days depending on the location in Canada. Expect longer shipping delays for all International orders. CORPA FLORA may not be help responsible for any eventual delays in shipment.
8. Modify or cancellation of an order.
Orders can be modified or cancelled by contacting us at email@example.com indicating your order number and the modifications that need to be done. In the case where the order has already been shipped, your order may be returned prepaid by you in its original packaging and a copy of the packing slip. Products must be intact, unused and ready for resale. We will reimburse the full amount of your order (except shipping fees) within 30 days of receiving your package.

10. Reimbursements and returns
Although we put great care in the preparation of your order, it is possible for various reasons that you may not be fully satisfied. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request an exchange or reimbursement. We will reimburse your order within 30days of receiving your package. All products returned must be intact, unused and be ready for resale. We do not reimburse the return shipping cost unless it has been an error on our part and you have not received the correct product. In such instances, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and return order number (RON) will be given to you.
11. What to do if you receive a damaged package ?
In the case where you receive a damaged package, please verify the state of the products inside. If they have been damaged, please refuse the order and indicate on the mailing slip (Refused/ Damaged package). If you do not mention it at the time of receiving your order, we unfortunately cannot process any claims for the reception of damaged items.
